About

Once upon a time, you and your spouse were a couple of lovesick kids who wanted nothing more in life than each other.

You fell madly in love, go married and started a beautiful life together – and it was good.

Then life got a bit hectic as you created your love nest and had a few beautiful children. Suddenly it was about so much more than the two of you.

That’s where Project Marriage comes in!

Project Marriage is an interactive love movement designed to get back to the simple joys of marriage and the love that brought you there.

We know all that oomph is still there, it’s just buried under a pile of bills and a mountain of laundry.

We believe in the value of a good marriage, and how it makes our children so happy to see their parents in love.

We hope you’ll join us as we introduce a monthly marriage challenge designed to put a little oo la la back into your everyday!

We’ll be asking you to participate, share your stories and your tips & secrets!  We’ll never ask you to kiss and tell (we know you’re too classy) unless of course you want to, in which case we promise to respect you in the morning!

We hope this site will inspire you and bring back the fun in your marriage!

Tina, Lori & Melissa

XOXO

I’ve been married for…12 years {I know it feels more like 20 but really what’s a number?}

My tip for a healthy married would be…never go to bed angry under any circumstance because honestly you’ll have the worst night’s sleep and when you get in the morning you’ll be foul mood and still mad!

Best vacation we’ve been on together…ashamed to admit this and it is one of the flaws in our relationship we haven’t taken a solo vacation in five years- we always bring our two kidlets. Definitely something I’d like to change in 2012.

If I had one day to spend with my hubby {just us} we would…go out for an all you can eat Sushi dinner with lots of plum wine for me and then check out any independent film playing at the theater.  When we first got married my husband didn’t share my love for indie films, but now 12 years later he’s the one who suggests seeing them!

I’ve been married for…8 years in November!

My tip for a healthy married would be…to pick one night a week and make it date night even if it’s making a big bowl of popcorn and snuggling on the couch watching Big Brother!

Best vacation we’ve been on together…well since we haven’t taken a trip by ourselves since the kids were born I’d have to say our honeymoon. I loved that it was just the two of us, relaxing all day on the beach and soaking up each other.

If I had one day to spend with my hubby {just us} we would…go see a comedy show down Atlantic City, go out for a nice dinner with lots of wine and food, then finish up by stopping at a local coffee shop – something we used to do a lot before kids!

I’ve been married for…13 years this November. Lucky 13!

My tip for a healthy married would be…to laugh. Laugh together, at each other and often.

Best vacation we’ve been on together…we honestly have never taken a traditional vacation but before we were married we traveled up to northern California and fell in love with Carmel and Monterey.  The slow pace, beautiful scenery and young love. It was magical.

If I had one day to spend with my hubby {just us} we would…sleep. I’m not even joking. Then we’d eat way too much, spend too much money and go back to sleep.
